As I became a mother myself I began to appreciate the many benefits of raising healthy, attached children - and what mountains I have had to climb and swamps I have trekked through on that journey! Consequently I found the support of my own therapist and my yogic meditation practice a vital support. I learned to address my ingrained patterns of thinking and behaviour that were no longer helping me be the parent I hoped to be. I am happy to support you to attend counselling sessions with your baby/ babies rather than have them separated from you before they are comfortable with that. You are also welcome to bring someone along to look after baby in the next room and bring baby in if they need you.
